Business Licensing Office closes its 735 Industrial Avenue Location July 3
Attention: All individuals requiring business licence services – such as restaurants, sellers and taxis.
On July 3, 2009, By-law Services will be closing its Business Licensing Office at 735 Industrial Avenue office, consolidating all services at:

3rd floor, 101 Centrepointe Drive
Nepean, ON K2G 5K7
Please attend the Licensing Office in person to complete and submit required documents and fees. To complete the application in advance, you may print out a copy online in the business section of ottawa.ca – under licences and permits.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (during the summer) and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (after Labour Day).
If you are out of town, please call 613-580-2400 (TTY 613-580-2401) and ask to speak with a Licensing Assistant to ensure that your application may be mailed.
