	Township of Osgoode Commitee of the Whole Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the Township Hall at 8243 Victoria Street in Metcalfe on the second and fourth Monday nights each month at 7:30 p.m. There is no meeting on the fifth monday in any month. If a Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting is held that week on Tuesday night.

	Report RES-047-2000 Setterfield Municipal Drain Recommendation: THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that: The Setterfield Municipal Drain, (Bylaw 13-1975) be maintained in accordance with Section 74 of the Drainage Act of Ontario, at an estimated cost of $10,000 and that the actual costs be assessed in accordance with Schedule "A" attached. That the work be carried out on an hourly equipment rental basis by an experienced drainage contractor under the direction of the Drainage Superintendent.

	Report CAO-33-2000 Request for Reconsideration, Metcalfe Agricultural Society Recommendation: That the Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that the issue relating to the agreement with the Metcalfe Agricultural Society for use of the Community Centre during the Metcalfe Fair be reconsidered on October 23rd, 2000 as new information has become available.
	Report CAO-34-2000 Cause Project Pathway and Bridge-Greely Recommendation: That the Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that funds in the amount of $40,000 be provided from reserves to allow the Township to complete the Greely Cause Phase I project in 2000.
