1. LAND ACQUISITION - natural environment area - Carp Hills - West Carleton

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee approve the acquisition of approximately 95 acres located in the Carp Hills Natural Environment Area, described as being part of Lot 25, Concession 1, former Township of Huntley, now Township of West Carleton from the Estate of Arthur S. Warren for a consideration of $41,350.

2. LAND ACQUISITION - natural environment area - Corkery Woodlands - West Carleton

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee approve the acquisition of 98.57 acres located in the Corkery Woodlands Natural Environment Area, described as being part of Lot 14, Concession 8, former Township of Huntley, now Township of West Carleton from Margaret Wynia for a consideration of $40,500.

3. Licence Agreement over * Part of the Transitway, Ottawa

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee approve a Licence Agreement with 360networks inc., over a portion of the Central Transitway lands as shown on Annex A, with a term of 7 years commencing upon approval of the licence agreement at an annual market value of $20,110.00 plus G.S.T.

4. Land Ambulance SERVICES - PRIMARY HEADQUARTERS *

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee approve a 2 year lease commencing January 1st, 2001 with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Chair of the Management Board of Cabinet (MBC) for the Primary Headquarters for the new Emergency Medical Services located at 530 Tremblay Road, City of Ottawa, at an annual rental rate of $243,363 including GST.

5. SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY ST-LAURENT AT RUSSELL ROAD, OTTAWA

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee consider the Planning and Development Approvals Commissioner’s report entitled "Sale of Surplus Property – St. Laurent at Russell Road, Ottawa" to be issued separately.
