1. Being a by-law to approve area municipality by-laws (regulating traffic on local streets as follows):

2. Being a by-law to assume for public use and establish as common and public highways certain lands to become part of the Regional Road System.

3. Being a by-law to provide for a municipal franchise for the Canadian Waste Services Limited Leachate Pipeline.

4. Being a by-law to authorize the levy of sums required for the repayment of debenture number 99-11 issued (issued in the amount of $4,900.00 to aid in the construction of tile drainage works in The Corporation of the Township of Goulbourn).
