That the Transportation Committee confirm the Minutes of the meeting of 16 February 2000.

That the Transportation Committee recommend Council approve:

      1. The alignment of Terry Fox Drive as recommended in the EA Study, and illustrated on Figure 3 (alternative 1-2) and Figure 4 (alternative 4-1);
      2. The preparation of an Environmental Study Report (ESR) for Terry Fox Drive;
      3. The development of an environmental protection and management strategy to address mitigation measures and long term protection of the areas of the South March Highlands which are potentially impacted by the alignment.

2. Modifications to Industrial AVENUE immediately west of St. Laurent Boulevard to accommodate the Development at 911 Industrial - ADDENDUM REPORT

Having held a public hearing, that Transportation Committee recommend Council approve the roadway modifications to Industrial Avenue, immediately west of St Laurent Boulevard as described in the report and illustrated in Annex B, subject to the proponent, Malaway Investments Limited:

1. funding the total cost for the roadway modifications and the associated utility relocations;

2. executing a legal agreement with respect to the above.

That Transportation Committee recommend Council approve that the existing 60 km/h speed limit on Eagleson, in the residential community of Bridlewood, be extended by 1 kilometre to the south to accommodate increased growth and development.
