period of three years, the Rural Zone temporary use RU[354r] of 2234 Upper
Dwyer Hill Road as shown on Document 1 and as detailed in Document 2, subject
to the following condition:

By-law proceeding to Council, the owner enter into an agreement with the City
of Ottawa, as specified by Section 39.1(1) of the Planning Act, setting out
that:
i.
the garden suite is to be
occupied exclusively by the owner's sister;
ii.
the garden suite is to be
removed at the end of the three-year period, unless an extension has been
requested and approved by City Council, prior to the expiry of the Temporary
Use By-law; and
iii. the garden suite is to be removed at such time as it is no longer
required by the occupants, at any time prior to the expiry of the three-year
period.
