That Transportation Committee receive this report for information.

Que le Comité des transports prenne connaissance du présent rapport.

PROCEDURAL NOTE: Should Councillors seek to revisit City Council's decision with respect to the 2008 Budget (i.e. to move motions related to the already approved 2008 Budget), waiver of the Rules of Procedure, being three-quarters of the Members present and voting, will be required at both Transportation Committee and Council.

AVIS DE PROCÉDURE : Si les conseillers souhaitent réexaminer une décision du Conseil relativement au budget de 2008 (c.-à-d. présenter des motions liées au budget de 2008 déjà approuvé), une exemption au Règlement de procédure, stipulant que trois-quarts des membres doivent être présents et voter, sera requise aux réunions du Comité des transports et du Conseil municipal.
