Audit, Budget and Finance Committee
On November 17, 2009, Audit, Budget and Finance (ABF) Committee will review the following budgets and hear from public delegations:
• Elected Representatives 2010 Draft Estimates
• Non-Departmental 2010 Draft Estimates
• Office of the Auditor General 2010 Draft Estimates
• 2010 - Renewal Projects Impacted by Capital Levy Reduction
Non-departmental budgets include: capital expenditures and revenues (how the City funds capital); common expenditures and revenues (e.g. insurance and pension contributions); contributions to reserves; and taxation expenditures and revenues.
Audit, Budget and Finance Committee will also review draft estimates recommended by the Standing Committees.

• Corporate Services Standing Committee Recommended Draft Estimates

The Audit, Budget and Finance Committee will deal with the following:

• Full-time Equivalent Analysis Report – Information Supplemental to the Budget Estimates
• 2008 Ottawa OMBI Performance Report – Information Supplemental to the Budget Estimates
• Service Excellence Plan – Information Supplemental to the budget Estimates
• Corporate Efficiency Savings Program – Information Supplemental to the budget Estimates
