Budget 2010 Public Delegations

You can make a five-minute presentation to the Standing Committees on the 2010 Draft Budget Estimates. Registration in advance of the meeting is encouraged and can be done by contacting the relevant Committee Coordinator or assistant at the telephone numbers or e-mail addresses provided below. Presenters are also encouraged to provide a copy of their presentation electronically in advance of the meeting. Public delegations on Committee and departmental/service specific issues will be heard at scheduled Budget 2010 Standing Committees.

Audit, Budget and Finance Committee
On November 17, 2009, Audit, Budget and Finance (ABF) Committee will hear public delegations on non-departmental budgets, the Auditor General's draft budget and Elected Representatives' Office draft budgets. Non-departmental budgets include: capital expenditures and revenues (how the City funds capital); common expenditures and revenues (e.g. insurance and pension contributions); contributions to reserves; and taxation expenditures and revenues.
