Office of Protocol

Our Coat of Arms

If you were to send a letter to the Mayor, the Premier, a Member of Parliament or an Ambassador, how would you address the correspondence? Protocol helps to set the stage to ensure that any communication, whether it is a personal encounter or a written communiqué, is courteous and respectful.
