DANCE

Party
Groove to a high energy mix of international music and dance movements. Bring out the dancer in you with this totally joyful class! Designed to embrace all levels of ability and style.

Party On:
“The Party” class designed for the older adult. Groove to a high energy mix of international music and dance movements. Bring out the dancer in you with this totally joyful class! Designed to embrace all levels of ability and style.

Zumba:
These classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!

Zumba Gold:
The Zumba® formula with modified moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Have fun with zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton. Exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves, and an invigorating, party-like atmosphere.

The Groove Method:
Groove ® Method is dance fitness without choreography.  Move your body your way. Get your Groove on.

MIND-BODY

Yoga:
Reduce stress, develop inner awareness, flexibility, balance & strength through yoga poses and movement

Power Yoga:
A dynamic and vigorous form of Hatha yoga. Poses are linked to each other through a series of connecting movements synchronized with the breath producing internal body heat.

CARDIO

Low Impact:
A choreographed cardio class with controlled impact. Intensity level options offered throughout the class.

Hi – Low:
A choreographed cardio class combining movements considered low/controlled impact as well as explosive and or high impact movements. Complexity of choreography will be developed according to the needs of the group.

Cardio Blast:
Challenge your cardiovascular fitness with combinations of Hi-Low, Step, Skipping, martial arts... Anything goes with this fast-paced, heart pumping workout.

Cardio Combat:
A high energy mixed impact workout combining modified boxing, kicking and martial arts moves. Instructors may integrate the use of hand or kick pads. A great way to get rid of stress!

Step:
These classes involve moving on and off an adjustable platform in exciting combinations of movement. Improves coordination, aerobic endurance and works the muscles of the lower body.

Step Blast:
Love step? You will be thrilled with this challenging, fast-paced, advanced choreographed Step class.

Skipping:
Want a good hard core cardio workout? Learn skipping skills, drills and tricks that will push your cardio limits.

Skip & Step:
40% skip, 40% step 20% stretch

Cardio Circuit:
Circuit style class. All stations are cardio based.

STRENGTH

TMC
Total muscle conditioning using your own body weight and a variety of equipment such as stability balls, resistance tubes, gliders, steps, hand weights, etc.

Power Pump
A full body sculpting class using only weighted bars and free weights. A motivating, choreographed class designed to specifically overload targeted muscle groups for maximal muscle strength and endurance.

Core Conditioning
Muscle conditioning targeting core and stabilizer muscles. Strengthen and tone your abs, back, glutes as well as improve overall posture and balance.

Power Core
Core conditioning workout for the advanced participant.

Strength Circuit
Circuit style class. All stations focus on muscle conditioning.

COMBO

Cardio M & M

Cardio Muscles & Motion is a choreographed low-impact cardio class done with light (1-2 lbs) hand weights. Designed to overload the muscles with highly repetitive movements.

Step M & M

Step Muscles & Motion is a choreographed basic step class done with light (1-2 lbs) hand weights. Designed to overload the muscles with highly repetitive movements.

Sports Conditioning
Athletic, sports-based skills and drills workout where speed, agility, plyometrics and highly coordinated sports specific movements will be incorporated.

Bootcamp
An intense class to improve your strength, speed and power through basic cardio training and muscle conditioning. A great class for those who like to push their limits.

Circuit Training
Timed stations set up to alternate between cardio and strength training. Work at your own pace to boost your metabolism and tone your body.

Interval Training
Participants are led through a multi-level class alternating between muscle conditioning and cardio drills. Modifications are provided to help you workout at your own level.

20-20-20
20 Minutes of hi-low, 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of strength/stretch

Strength & Stretch
50% Muscle conditioning and 50% stretching. An all-over body muscle conditioning class combined with stretching and flexibility segments to increase strength and range of motion of major muscle groups.

Party Hardy
Join the Party and pump it up through the use of hand-held weights. This class provides an extra strength training component to a great cardio mix of international music and dance movements.

Low & Pump
Choreographed cardio class with controlled impact followed by a muscle strength and conditioning segment.

Hi-Low & Pump
Choreographed cardio class combining movements considered low/controlled impact as well as explosive and or high impact movements followed by a segment of muscle strength and conditioning.

CYCLING/SPINNING®

Group Cycling:
Indoor group cycling class offering a combination of intervals, sprints, hills and endurance training.

Cycle Challenge:
Indoor group cycling with intervals of other cardio or strength training exercises.

Spinning - Endurance®:
A flat road ride where heart rates range between 65-75% of your maximum heart rate

Spinning - Strength®:
An all-hills ride where you develop the endurance and strength in your legs to climb hills while maintaining a heart rate of 75-85% of your maximum heart rate.

Spinning - Intervals®:
An “all-terrain ride” where you peak at heart rates of 92% and drop down into recovery heart rates of 65%

Spinning - Race Day®:
Race Day simulates an intense "race" environment, allowing students to monitor training and gauge improvements in fitness. The heart rate range will range between 85 and 92% of your maximum heart rate.

Spinning - Mix it up®:
A combination of endurance and strength and/or interval.

Spinning - Challenge: ®
A 90 minute all-terrain ride where heart rate parameters range between 65 and 92%.

Spinning - Theme Day®:
A ride designed by the instructor based on a musical theme or a ride profile such as Tour de France.
