Our Goal:
To optimize people's health before and during pregnancy, enabling them to have the healthiest babies possible and the best start to parenting possible.

- Classes for couples
- Classes for young, single women
- Multicultural classes
- Program for women who smoke
- Prenatal film night
- Preconception health promotion,
- Resource development and distribution,
- Community Involvement,
- Assisting in the development of public policies to promote preconception and prenatal health.

- Physical activity,
- Tobacco use and substance abuse prevention,
- Environmental and work concerns;

- Breastfeeding,
