Incentive Programs

Phase I of the City's Water Efficiency Plan recommended a number of programs to help achieve its targets of reducing the maximum day production at the Lemieux and Britannia water purification plants by 25 per cent by the end of 2008, and by 50 per cent by the end of 2014, taking into consideration population growth.

Budget was approved for implementation starting June 2007. Program funding is dependent upon annual review by City Council.
