Tree Species

Select your preferred tree species by choosing a first, second and third choice. Do not select the same species more than once.


 


Notes:

  1. Limit of one (1) tree per household per year.
  2. Every effort will be made to accommodate the first choice of species; however, tree species and size will be subject to availability and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
  3. There is no Delivery Fee.

By registering as a participant of this program, you agree to indemnify, release and save harmless the City of Ottawa from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, loss, costs or damages that you may suffer, incur or be liable for, as a result of the City providing a tree(s) to you under this program.

Personal information collected on this form will be used for the proper administration of the City of Ottawa Tree and Environmental Enhancement Program, as approved by City Council in Motion Number 8/5 on February 26, 2007, and established pursuant to subsection 10(2) 5 of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25. The information will only be used to provide trees to participants in the program and a survey on the merits of the TREE program.
