Pay your Ontario Works overpayment through the Overpayment Recovery Unit

The City's Overpayment Recovery (OPR) Unit is responsible for collecting overpayments on Ontario Works files terminated before January 27, 2025. If you were overpaid, you will receive a letter from OPR with the amount you need to pay back.
