The report will be tabled at the meeting. / Le rapport sera déposé à la réunion.

That staff be directed to circulate the proposed amendment to the City of Ottawa Official Plan (Five-year Comprehensive Official Plan Review) as detailed in Document 1 and the revised Infrastructure Master Plan as detailed in Document 2, and to schedule a public meeting for March 31, 2009.

Que le personnel soit chargé de diffuser la modification proposée au Plan officiel de la Ville d’Ottawa (révision détaillée quinquennale du Plan officiel), telle qu’exposée en détail dans le Document 1, et le Plan directeur de l’infrastructure révisé, tel qu’exposé en détail dans le Document 2, et de mettre au calendrier une réunion publique le 31 mars 2009.

Note: A Special Joint Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. in Andrew S. Haydon Hall for the Public Meeting for the Official Plan and Infrastructure Master Plan, pursuant to Sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act.

Nota: Une réunion extraordinaire conjointe ce tiendra le mardi 31 mars 2009 à 9 h 30 à la salle Andrew-S.-Haydon, pour la tenue de la Réunion publique pour le Plan officiel et le Plan directeur de l’infrastructure, conformément aux articles 17 et 26 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire.
